The apartment is 43 m² and consists of one bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room, as well as a small balcony.

It is located on the first floor, at street level, making it easy and convenient to access.

The apartment is particularly comfortable and welcoming for couples, and it has been very well received by our guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for your stay, including kitchenware, utensils, pots, pans, coffee makers, an air fryer, ceramic hob, and microwave. The bathroom is also fully equipped.

One of its main advantages is its location. Within less than a 5-minute walk, you can find supermarkets, a pharmacy, a school, and other everyday services. The beach is approximately a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
