We have a two bedroom, two bath apartment in Nob Hill only a block from Grace Cathedral. The apartment is on the top floor of our building, with rooftop access and a beautiful view of the bay. The apartment was fully renovated in mid-2020, so everything is in great condition and all appliances are brand new. The apartment is rather spacious, and I have included a diagram of the open bedroom's floor plan to give a sense of your future room.

We have a dishwasher, as well as laundry onsite in (hidden)ment (there are only 6 units in the building, so thankfully the machines are almost always available). Outside of the vacant bedroom, the apartment is fully furnished in all common spaces.

I’m open to a variety of lease term lengths, with a preference towards finding a one year commitment
