This apartment is full of charm and spaciousness, with beautiful views and a small balcony. It is ideal for one or two people, with the possibility of hosting guests as it has a sofa bed for two additional people. It features a very pleasant workspace and, if you leave the bedroom door open, you can see the bay when you wake up. The kitchen is very practical and the bathroom is lovely, with a bathtub and natural light. The apartment is located very close to the city center and is surrounded by several parks perfect for walking. In just a 15-minute walk, you can reach the seafront promenade. There is a bus stop right downstairs, several supermarkets nearby, and shops.
The TV includes Chromecast, although it does not have a TV antenna.
