È composto da cucina abitabile ampia che si affaccia sul balcone, 7 stanze di cui 5 suite con letto matrimoniale alla francese (140x200) e 2 standard con letto ad una piazza e mezzo (120x200). Ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di WI-FI, rinnovata integralmente di elettrodomestici tutti nuovi a risparmio energetico come per gli impianti di illuminazione.
