This charming apartment, equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, can accommodate up to four guests and is located in a traditional stone house in one of Split’s oldest neighborhoods, dating back to the 15th century. Blending historic charm with modern amenities, it offers a cozy, functional space for long-term living.
The stone house and its inner courtyard have recently been renovated and now contain four thoughtfully designed residential units. Perla C, on the second floor, has a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed in the cozy living-dining area. The kitchen, although compact, features a stove, oven, and fridge, making it ideal for preparing everyday meals, especially with fresh local ingredients available nearby.
As this apartment is in a residential building, we kindly ask all tenants to maintain good neighborly relations and respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. In accordance with Croatian regulations, passport or ID information must be provided upon arrival for official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request before arrival.
