Very bright apartment facing south - blinds on all windows. Spacious and airy, well planned. Good storage space in the hall with built-in wardrobes, as well as a dressing room with linen cupboard inside, the toilet with shower and space for a washing machine. Two lifts in the stairwell, always well-tidy laundry room on the ground floor, very nice neighbours.
Nice area with lots of greenery and parks around. A really nice walk is via Årstaviken to either Gullmarsplan or to Liljeholmen....
