Situato al quarto piano, luminoso e molto spazioso con 120 mq di superficie.
È composto da cucina abitabile, 1 Bagno, 2 stanze suite dalla superficie di 17 mq e 2 stanze singole dalla superficie di 10 mq l'una. L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di WI-FI, lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata e grande armadio a muro adibito all'ingresso. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica e comoda della città, a pochi passi dall'appartamento vi è la fermata dell'autobus, un supermercato e vari negozi di abbigliamento. La permanenza estiva verrà allietata dall' ultilizzo della piscina comunale a soli 200 mt dall'abitazione.

In the city centre, in a strategic and sought-after location, we rent a beautiful 16 square metre suite room which has been specially renovated to offer comfort and convenience to our students. The room is equipped with a double bed, 3-door wardrobe, desk with storage, bedside table, curtains, mirror, shoe rack, bookcase.
Located on the fourth floor, it is bright and very spacious with 120 sqm.
It consists of an eat-in kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 suite rooms with a surface area of 17 sqm and 2 single rooms with a surface area of 10 sqm each. The flat is optimally renovated with everything our students need. It is equipped with WI-FI, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and a large built-in cupboard at the entrance. The flat is in a strategic and convenient location in the city, a bus stop, a supermarket and various clothes shops are within walking distance of the flat. Your summer stay will be enlivened by the use of the municipal swimming pool only 200 metres from the apartment.
