Finalise ta réservation sur Wunderflats
Sur Wunderflats, tu envoies ta demande de réservation et rien ne t'est facturé tant que le propriétaire n'a pas confirmé. Une fois acceptée, tu paies le premier mois sur leur plateforme et on pourra te demander un document supplémentaire, par exemple :
- Carte d'identité ou passeport
- Justificatif de solvabilité
Installe toi !
Organise ta date d'arrivée, la remise des clés et tout le reste directement avec ton propriétaire. N'oublie pas non plus que la plupart des partenaires transfèreront l'argent au propriétaire seulement 48 heures après ton arrivée dans le logement.
