Although the location is central and you can walk everywhere, there are different bus connections, the nearest metro stop is Xàtiva. Just a few minutes walk away, there are also two of Valencia's main nightlife hotspots: the Carmen and Ruzafa neighborhoods.

The building has several flats with seven rooms. We have housing for students as well as for young professionals.
