Questa accogliente stanza condivisa fa parte di una villetta con un totale di quattro stanze: una condivisa (a cui l'annuncio si riferisce), una camera da tre persone, una doppia ed una camera singola . La sistemazione, raggiungibile in 15 minuti d'autobus dall'aeroporto di Venezia, è locata in zona ottimamente servita: dai supermercati alle fermate dei trasporti pubblici. Le Università sono raggiungibili in modo facile e veloce; nello specifico sono raggiungibili a piedi dalla casa in:

- 3 minuti e 4 minuti: due differenti servizi di lavasecco e lavanderia.
- 4 minuti: fermata autobus (prendendo il 4L si è a venezia in 10 minuti).
- 12 minuti: stazione ferroviaria.
-12 minuti: stazione pullman/coaches per raggiungere località e città nella regione.

NOTA BENE: Qualora i consumi registrati risultino superiori alla media abituale delle bollette, la differenza sarà suddivisa in modo uguale tra tutti gli inquilini.

This cozy shared room is part of a small villa with a total of four rooms: one shared (to which the ad refers), a three-person room, a double and a single room . The accommodation, which can be reached in 15 minutes by bus from Venice airport, is located in an excellently served area: from supermarkets to public transportation stops. Universities can be reached quickly and easily; specifically, they can be reached on foot from the house in:

- 3 minutes and 4 minutes: two different dry cleaning and laundry services.
- 4 minutes: bus stop (taking the 4L you are in venice in 10 minutes).
- 12 minutes: train station.
-12 minutes: bus/coaches station to reach places and cities in the region.

If the tenant leaves the rental property earlier than the reservation period, a portion of the security deposit will be withheld.
