This apartment, featuring four bedrooms (max 5 girls may live here as one of the rooms has 2 beds), caters mainly to international students and professionals who value the outstanding location, high standards, cleanliness, and warmth of the place. Currently, only female residents occupy the remaining rooms.

The apartment boasts a spacious bathroom equipped with a laundry machine, standing drying racks, a bidet, a shower, and convenient shelves for everyone. All Tenants of this flat have also access to an additional shower room and an additonal toilet room. The fully fitted, modern kitchen comes with all necessary appliances, including an oven, microwave, cooker, dishes, and plates.
