Bamboo Eleven was created for people who are temporarily based in Vienna for work and do not want to compromise on productivity, sleeping comfort or relaxation – whether for a project, an interim assignment, consulting work or remote work.

Two professional workstations, thoughtful office equipment, premium technology and an exceptionally quiet sleeping and relaxation area create the ideal setting for productive weeks and months.

The space
The studio combines a professional workspace with everything you need for a comfortable extended stay:
* Two workstations with ergonomic office chairs and LG 4K monitors. Solo guests can use both monitors together.
* Fast Wi-Fi, Samsung TV with Apple TV, and a Sonos sound system.
* A 160 × 200 cm double bed with a high-quality mattress, premium topper and cotton bed linen. Blinds and blackout curtains ensure a restful night.
* A fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, cookware and tableware.
* A bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and toiletries.
* A washing machine, Miele vacuum cleaner and other household essentials.

The quiet, leafy courtyard offers seating for a coffee break or working outdoors.

Guest access
You will have exclusive use of the entire studio and all its amenities, plus access to the courtyard. Independent access allows flexibility when arriving and leaving.

Stays range from 31 nights to six months.

Wien Mitte/Landstraße station, with U3, U4, suburban rail services and the City Airport Train, is within easy reach. The city centre, Vienna Central Station and the airport are well connected, with tram stops and other public transport nearby.
SPAR, BIPA, cafés, restaurants and everyday shops are just a short walk away.

Smoking is permitted only outdoors in the courtyard.
