The furnished shared room is on the 1st floor of the new building in the 5th district of Vienna Margareten, has approx. 12 square meters, east-facing, single bed made of solid pine, under the bed with storage space, with wheels to pull, large wardrobe made of solid pine, nightstand , desk and chair.
Central anteroom, storage room, bathroom with tub and 2 sinks, toilet, fitted kitchen with Siemens appliances, dishwasher, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment.
The bathroom and toilet are separate.
Internet WiFi is available.
The laundry room is on the 2nd basement floor, with washing machine and dryer.
Quiet green courtyard garden is available.
Parking is available on the street in front of the house.
Private parking space in the basement with a lift is possible for an additional charge.

Great central location:
SAE Institute Vienna Linke Wienzeile is a few minutes walk.
U4-Pilgramgasse is a 3-minute walk, bus stops 12A and 14A are directly in front of the (hidden website) 14A is Mariahilferstraße, S-Bahn station Matzleinsdorfer Platz and U1-Reumannplatz can be reached.
From home to Greenpeace Austria it takes a total of 12 minutes (5 intermediate stops with 14A).
TU-Wien is only 5 minutes with U4 (the 2nd U4 station Karlsplatz).
Main University of Vienna can be reached in 15 minutes (change once with U2).
Famous Naschmarkt is a station on Kettenbrückengasse with U4.
Reinprechtsdorferstrasse shopping street is right in front of the house. Supermarkets: Spar, Hofer, Lidl, Billa, Tchibo, Ströck Bakery, restaurants, banks, coffee houses etc.
