In spring 2019 apartment opened this apartment house in Wolfsburg. 68 fully equipped apartments from Xtra Smart to Xtra Luxury with the best connection from Vorsfelde to Wolfsburg and the possibilty to have breakfast at „Mutter Grün“, a fine organic supermarket on the ground floor with a nice snack department (small continental breakfast for EUR 7.00 per person; Mondays to Saturdays from 7-12 am) awaits the guests. Public transport stops are located in front of the door and the bus takes only about 12 minutes driving time to reach the first of more than 20 factory entrances of Volkswagen. The lounge on the ground floor will be available from spring 2020. This also applies to a further 6 apartments that are currently being built in the neighbouring building, a atmospheric old building from the year 1780.
The apartment Xtra Smart offers everything you need for a stylish and comfortable stay. It has a fully equipped design kitchenette with fridge, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher, a small work space with an armchair, a modern bathroom, and a highquality oak wood flooring. At 1.40 m, your bed is so wide that you have plenty of room. Fancy a little change of scenery? From mid-2019 you can also relax in our lounge on the ground floor.
The apartment Xtra Smart is ideal for people who are travelling alone and want a great apartment with an optimum price/performance ratio. And for those who, for example, want to reach the VW plant in no time at all! Also available as +version with a nice terrace. Delicious breakfast is available on request from Mutter Grün, the organic supermarket on the ground floor of the house.
