This is huge apartment. There are 9 rooms. The apartment is adapted to 10 people, who can live in comfortable conditions:

- 3 bathrooms: 1 complete bathrooms (shower, washbasin, toilet), 1 shower with washbasin and 1 extra toilet with washbasin. It guarantees always at least one bathroom will be available (comfortable use of the bathrooms as the tenants confirm)

- Kitchen: 2 fridge-freezers; 2 dishwashers (You always can load to another dishwasher instead of putting dishes into a sink); Plenty of place so everyone can hold their belongings on their shelves; Utensils, plates, cutlery, pots, toaster, all openers, bowls, glasses etc. (all in the right quantities + general rule as tenants think that there is not enough, I buy more.)

- There are: washing machine, electric clothes dryer and standard dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner (Apartment fully equipped).

- Cleaning: As part of the media fee, every week you receive cleanining service of all common parts. Due to keeping the apartment clean is easier for tenants.

- Rooms are fully furnished: bed, wardrobe, desk with 3 drawers (instead tables you can see at pictures of our rooms), chair, bookshelf, dresser, night table, desk lamp. You will receive also bedlinen from us.

- The apartment is located at pl. Staszica 10 in historical building refurbished on 2019. Only stairway wasn't refurbished, so the staircase still looks poorly and neglected: http://bit.ly/338Nync

- Internet 600 Mb/s, Wi-Fi

- Prices depends on which room you will choose and from when and until when do you need the room
- UF = PLN 490 = Fixed Utilities fee: PAYMENTS related with:
the use of media (water, heating, electricity), cleaning service every week (also detergents, dishwasher tablets, dish liquids, floor liquids etc.), unlimited Internet Wi-Fi, all other payments incurred by the Landlord and paid to the Condominium in relation to this apartment. All is included and price will not change.

From this time we some things were change, what you can't see on the pictures f.e.: we bought oven and coffee maker, furnitures are 7 years old so not so new as in our other apartment, we changed windows in all apartment for better braun wooden instead white PCV, we bought new shower (other than in pictures). In each room there is desk with 3 drawers instead simple table you can see on the pictures.

-It's very important for me to find nice, young people for the apartment. According to tenants, the atmosphere in the apartment is very good.
