Welcome to this 1 bedroom 60 sq. meters apartment , which has been partially renovated in 2021. This property is located at Krystali , Vyronas BEDROOMS & AMENITIES: This apartment is the perfect space for a musician to call home. With 60 square meters of living space, it includes 1 bedroom with air conditioning, a living room, a study room with a double sofa bed and air conditioning, 1 fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom. There is also a small balcony, providing a cozy outdoor space. LOCATION & TRANSPORTATION: Located in the Vyronas area, the apartment is just 3 km or a 13-15 minute bus ride from the center of Athens. The bus stop is conveniently located around the corner from the apartment. Additionally, there are many supermarkets, shops, and pharmacies within a 3-4 minute walking distance. CHECK IN Please note that we do not operate 24/7. Check in is not available on Weekends , holidays or after 19.00 DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit is required in cash upon check-in, and it is refundable upon check-out after the room has been inspected. Damage deposit and rules are stated at the online contract (no need for signing) that our company will create a few days after your check in. If you have a Greek Tax number you also need to accept online the contract using your tax credentials (this does not apply to students or residents without Greek tax number)
