RENTAL CONDITION
In addition to the rent, there is a one-time agency fee. This fee is calculated by multiplying the monthly agency cost (listed under “Other Costs”) by the number of months you plan to stay.
Example:
If the agency fee is €200 per month and you are staying for 3 months:
€200 × 3 months = €600 total agency fee
Requirements:
Students: Guarantor information (parents).
Workers: Three recent payslips and employment contract.
Self-employed: Tax d(hidden)ration.
Deposit:
Up to 6 months: One month's rent.
More than 6 months: Two months' rent.
Bills:
Estimates provided; final amount calculated at tenancy end.
Contracts:
Sent via email to tenants and guarantors.
Must be digitally signed by all parties before check-in.
Check-in:
Office at Carrer de Llacuna 94, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, for key collection with valid ID.
After hours/weekends: Agent will deliver keys, all contracts must be signed and fees paid.
Late check-in fee: 25 euros after 9pm, 40 euros for 11pm-12am (no check-ins after 12am).
Payment:
Cash: In office, weekdays before 6pm.
Card: In office (weekdays before 6pm) or via payment link (2.5% fee applies).
Bank Transfer: Amount must be received by check-in day.
