Samo zapytanie nie wiąże się z automatycznym dokonaniem płatności — nic nie zostanie pobrane, dopóki właściciel go nie zaakceptuje.
Czego potrzebujesz
- Przed wysłaniem zapytania przygotuj dokumenty. W zależności od ogłoszenia mogą być wymagane: dowód osobisty lub paszport, potwierdzenie studiów lub zatrudnienia oraz zaświadczenie o dochodach (Twoich lub osoby gwarantującej).
- Weryfikacja tożsamości na platformie jest dobrowolna, ale zwiększa szanse, że Twoje zapytanie zostanie przyjęte.
Właściciel akceptuje i następuje płatność
Po akceptacji zapytania przez właściciela automatycznie pobierana jest opłata za pierwszy miesiąc oraz opłaty administracyjne, a rezerwacja zostaje potwierdzona. Następnie otrzymasz dokładny adres i dane kontaktowe właściciela w celu zaplanowania przyjazdu.
Twoje pieniądze są chronione
Twoje wpłacone środki są zabezpieczone przez HousingAnywhere i przekazywane właścicielowi dopiero 48h po Twoim przyjeździe.. Masz 48h na zgłoszenie zakwaterowania, jeśli nie jest ono zgodne z ogłoszeniem — wtedy odzyskasz pieniądze.

Opis mieszkania

1 bedroom apartment in Berlin-Tempelhof-Schöneberg. It comes with separate kitchen and a common living room. Total surface of 49 m2. Can accommodate up to 2 people. All occupants can register under the address.

The apartment is equipped with Sofa, Desk, chairs and clothes hangers.

The light furnishings and their natural colours give the room’s interior a neat and clean vibe to sooth the traveling feet and soul.

The apartment comes with a seperate kitchen with microwave, stove and oven, just need to get the start set of pots and pans ,you will enjoy preparing a gourmet or on the go meals.

A washing machine is available to make your life easier and especially the laundry can be done discretely away from the main living area. Enough space to leave clean linens dry up in the open air using the provided rack.

The apartment offers a queen size bed (140X200 CM) and free wifi (100Mb).

From the apartment you can reach stations of :
Bus: ~1–3 min walk
U-Bahn(6): ~5–10 min walk
S-Bahn(Ring): ~10–15 min walk

If you book this apartment, the following rules apply:

If your booking start date is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month's rent is due. If your booking start date is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month's rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month's rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month's rent is due.

Smoking is NOT permitted.

Please Note: The rental deposit is one month rent:
- for the WG/ private room: Handover fee 100€
- for studio /apartment): Handover fee 150€

If we accept you as a tenant please deliver the following documents within 7 DAYS: proof of enrolment at your school/university, a bank statement which proves sufficient funds available to pay the rent - a work contract is also suitable. If we do not receive the documents within 7 days after you have completed the payment we will cancel the booking via HousingAnywhere and claim the first month according to their Terms&Conditions. If the move-in date is within these 7 days we need the documents 24 hours before move-in at the latest .

Let us know if you need any additional information! Before moving in, tenants must provide proof of valid personal liability insurance (“Haftpflichtversicherung”). This insurance covers damages caused to the apartment or to third parties. It is highly recommended in Germany and often included with personal property insurance (“Hausratversicherung”). Without proof of insurance, keys cannot be handed over.
