Our Apartments are fully equipped and furnished apartments between 27-67m².
Each type of apartment has been individually designed and offers high quality. Our commitment is to provide a high standard of living comfort, emphasizing aesthetics and digitization, as well as respecting the privacy of our tenants.

With apartment sizes ranges from c. 31 to 36 square meters, tailor-made and optimized to the floor plan, your feeling of well-being comes out big. A balcony for relaxing with the 1st coffee in your hand to start an exciting new day or a last sip of wine at sunset, completes your living experience here with us.
Rent Duration & Prices:
1-3 months: 1.375 EUR per month "(including all operating and ancillary costs)"
4-6 months: 1.275 EUR per month "(including all operating and ancillary costs)"
7-12 months: 1.175 EUR per month "(including all operating costs and advance payment for ancillary costs with individual settlement)"

After the lease agreement expires, new contracts for extending the stay are possible.
For tenants staying 1-3 months, we require just one month’s all-in rent as a deposit. For tenants staying 4-12 months, we will require two month’s all-in rent as a deposit. All of this is also shown in detail within our digital booking process.
