The residence is a renovated apartment of 120 sqm in the beautiful Südstadt district. The fully equipped apartment has 4 rooms, a kitchen, large bathroom, laundry, and a bike storage – all located in the historic building.

Room:
A furnished room of 15 sqm for one person, located on the top floor of the house with a view to the Wilhelminian facades typical for this neighbourhood. The kitchen and bathroom are shared among the 4 tenants.
Your room is equipped with a double bed (140x200cm), closet, desk, armchair, bedside table, bed linen, towels, and everything you see at the pictures.

The apartment has:

- a shared Kitchen (fully equipped for 4 tenants),
- a laundry in the basement,

The apartment is fully equipped and decorated with everything you need. You can simply arrive with your luggage and live in Bonn for a season in one of the most quiet and representative areas of the city.
