When considering prematurely terminating your tenancy agreement, it is your responsibility to do one of the following:

1. Pay up front the remainder of occupancy fees that are due under the agreement.

2. Find another suitable person, approved by the property management, to takeover your apartment, or they will conduct this on your behalf. An early termination fee equivalent to 2 weeks of rent plus GST applies, as well as rent up until the next resident moves in/end of the lease (whichever comes first).

The management does not guarantee to be able to find a replacement resident for the lease.

The management may cancel your reservation via email if any of the following occurs:

1. The information you provide as part of the booking process turns out to be false; or

2. You fail to comply with your obligations as set out in the Resident Handbook and Lease

Agreement, meet student status requirements, sign the Residential Tenancy

Agreement when required, not pay Bond and Advance Rent payment by the specified

due dates.
