Warm, bright and full of character, this home is made for shared moments. The kitchen opens onto large bay windows and a generous dining table where everyone naturally comes together. Step outside to the spacious terrace with a BBQ, perfect for sunny lunches and long evenings. Inside, the comfortable, light-filled living room with a projector invites relaxed movie nights, while the wood-accented interior adds warmth throughout. And as in all our homes, the walls are adorned with art, curated by Demain Belgium.
Lively, creative and full of soul, Saint-Gilles is one of Brussels’ most vibrant neighbourhoods. Known for its Art Nouveau façades, iconic Parvis, local markets and countless cafés and restaurants, the area buzzes with energy and authenticity. Central, well connected and proudly multicultural, Saint-Gilles perfectly balances urban life, culture and a strong neighbourhood spirit.
We welcome everyone. The only common ground is that they are all professionals, meaning that they usually work during the week :-) Our members bring together curious, open-minded people aged around 22 to 40 years old from all over the world for the coliving, and around 25 to 50 years old for the private apartments. They’re working for industries such as institutions like the EU, in tech companies, startups, scaleups, industrials, lawyers, designers, doctors, entrepreneurs and many more — people who love meaningful connections, shared experiences, and good vibes.

Think sport or yoga sessions, sunset drinks, creative workshops, outdoor adventures — and plenty of resident-led ideas. Our events are all about connection, fun, and discovering new passions together.
