Spread over two floors, it features 20 fully furnished studios, each equipped with its own private kitchen and bathroom for maximum independence. Several studios also offer a separate bedroom, creating an even more spacious and home-like atmosphere.

Every studio comes fully equipped with a microwave, TV, stove, hair dryer, toaster, air conditioning, kettle, and a comfortable sofa, ensuring residents have everything they need from day one.
