THE ROOM:
A beautiful super equipped room of medium size ideal for one person (10m2) very bright and with a large exterior window where you can see part of the garden. It has a full bathroom with washbasin, shower area and WC which is shared with room 1.
It has a double bed of 140cm with canapé, to gain even more storage space, a very comfortable mattress, a large closet with two doors to organize all your clothes and a large work space of 73x48cm, with desk and a chair adapted to work or study remotely.
The room has central heating where we assure you that you will not be cold in winter and is also equipped with high speed WiFi for everything you need.

It has 4 spacious and comfortable rooms designed to ensure your comfort and privacy, and also you can choose the one that best suits your needs or make a better match.

Here you can relax, disconnect and see the best landscapes from what could be your next home. A completely renovated house located just 35 minutes by train from the center of Barcelona.

💌 YOUR MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES:
- Up to €60/month of supplies per room and month (water, electricity, gas).

💵 REQUIREMENTS:
+ 50€/month in case the room is rented by two people for rooms adapted for two people.
+ The admin fee of 250€ is per person.
+ Credit or debit card is a requirement. All the payments will be automatically deducted from the chosen card during your stay.

📅 ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES PRICE POLICY
➡ If you arrive:
- Between the 1st and 10th days of each month, you will need to pay the entire month.
- Between the 11th and the 20th day of each month, we will discount 20% of your rent for the first month.
- The 21st or later, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy.

⬅ If you leave:
- Between the 1st and 9th days of each month, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy.
- Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month.
- The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month.
