THE ROOM:
A fully equipped room with three very spacious and illuminated spaces, plus a full private bathroom, ideal for a single person or a companion. It has central heating for the coldest winter nights and a very comfortable 140cm bed, two independent desks and a built-in closet. It also has a large exterior window overlooking the garden to enjoy nature. The second space is a large dressing room, with a sliding door closet and a window to the garden.

Casas i Amigó is a coliving house in the heart of Bellaterra with lots of nature in the surroundings. It is divided into different spaces that include a barbecue area, 2 terraces, a shared pool, living and dining room, plus a very spacious kitchen that is located next to.
It has 4 spacious and comfortable rooms designed to ensure your comfort and privacy, and also you can choose the one that best suits your needs or make a better match.

Here you can relax, disconnect and see the best landscapes from what could be your next home. A completely renovated house located just 35 minutes by train from the center of Barcelona.

💌 YOUR MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES:
- Up to €60/month of supplies per room and month (water, electricity, gas).€90/month for couples.

💵 REQUIREMENTS:
+ 50€/month in case the room is rented by two people for rooms adapted for two people.
+ The admin fee of 250€ is per person.
+ Credit or debit card is a requirement. All the payments will be automatically deducted from the chosen card during your stay.

📅 ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES PRICE POLICY
➡ If you arrive:
- Between the 1st and 10th days of each month, you will need to pay the entire month.
- Between the 11th and the 20th day of each month, we will discount 20% of your rent for the first month.
- The 21st or later, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy.

⬅ If you leave:
- Between the 1st and 9th days of each month, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy.
- Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month.
- The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month.
