Opis pokoju

Individual exterior room, very bright. Completely furnished: double size bed, bedside table, desk, desk lamp, shelf, built-in wardrobe, and armchair. Space heater. The community expenses are included in the price. The electricity, wifi, water, internet registry and installation expenses are paid as an extra and divided among all the tenants.

Spacious flat, placed on the 6th floor. The building has an elevator. The flat has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms (one of these is shared for 3 of the rooms and the other is private and to be used only by the person who occupies the room). It has a very spacious and bright living room, completely furnished, with space heater and a balcony with amazing views to the old city. The kitchen has microwave, fridge, and washing machine. 10 minutes away from the train and bus stations with direct connections to Rabanales Campus. 2 minutes away from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters. 20 minutes away from the Faculty of Law. 7 minutes away from the city center. 5 minutes away from the m(hidden)us stops. 5 minutes away from Ciudad Jardín.

If you are going to arrive to Córdoba out of office hours and you want to go into the flat immediately we will send one person to open the door with a cost of 15€ (from Mondays to Fridays) or 25€ (weekends). These prices are per person.

FILOSOFÍA
The flat is just a few metres away from the most important monuments of Córdoba, like the Mosque, the Alcázar or the Roman Bridge. Is easy to find supermarkets and shops in the area and is very close of the city center (8 minutes). In the area that surrounds the Roman Bridge is possible to find many bars of tapas, pubs and restaurants. It is also near of Ciudad Jardín (around 7 minutes walking), the most popular district among the students. This location is not only the best for the students of the Faculty of Filosofía, but also for these who study at the Faculty of Medicine and Nursing and for those who study at the Loyola University, that is just a 10 or 12 minutes walk from there.
