If, prior to the Start Date, the Resident is not accepted for the Resident's first year of study by an educational institution in the Republic of Ireland providing full time education the Resident has a period of 7 days starting on the date of the Resident's receipt of notification of rejection from such educational institution in which to notify the Licensor in writing requesting a consent of the Licensor to terminate this Licence and to provide with that notice a copy of the rejection letter by email, in which case if the Licensor is satisfied with the evidence provided, the Licensor shall consent to the termination of the Licence and the Licence shall be deemed to have terminated on the day after the email was sent to the Licensor or 2 Working Days after the date of posting to the Licensor.

The deposit is non-refundable once the contract is signed.

If the student wishes to cancel the booking, they must email the site team before signing the contract.

If you choose to pay by instalments (4 or 8 payments) or are a 17 year old resident then an Ireland-based or International guarantor is required.

Although They love fluffy animals, pets are not permitted at PMG. However assistant/support animals are welcome provided that evidence of same is provided by the student, this includes verification from the disability support officer of your college

All bills (water, gas and electricity) are covered in a separate utility fee (12.55€ per week).

For all 38-week bookings in 2024/25, the utility fee is charged in full with the 1st instalment €476.90 in total.
