2. The Amber team will prioritise your request and will help you liaise with the property throughout your booking journey and stay period.
3. This fee will be refunded only if Amber is not able to provide you the selected room category in the selected property.
1. In certain cases you may be allowed to find a replacement tenant for your tenancy in case you need to terminate the contract early.
2. This will depend on a case to case basis and the replacement will have to undertake all of your obligations with respect to the property.
