Room:
This shared apartment near Düsseldorf Central Station (approx. 800 m away) leaves nothing to be desired. It offers a special, high-quality design and an all-inclusive package including electricity, Wi-Fi, heating costs, a stylish fitted kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge-freezer combination [all branded appliances], cutlery, coffee machine, etc.), washing machine, etc. You only need to move in with your suitcase. We have already taken care of everything else.

There are a total of 3 furnished rooms in the shared apartment:

- Medium-sized room (approx. 14 m2 + approx. 11 m2 share of the communal areas; approx. 25 m2 total living space out of approx. 77 m2 total apartment size), available from 1 October 2026 (possibly earlier), total price €729/month (including € 150 flat-rate operating costs)

- Another medium-sized room rented
- Large room rented

Current Flatmates:
- The shared apartment currently has three residents. As one of them is moving out, two young men (+ a new flatmate) will live there from the beginning of October.
- One of the two men works in sales and contributes to a friendly atmosphere in the shared apartment with his warm and open personality.
- The other man is a qualified IT specialist and also a qualified specialist in driving operations. With his friendly personality, he is an important part of the shared apartment.
- Both have good German skills as well as English skills.
- You can always have nice conversations with both of them. At the same time, they respect each other's privacy. If you want some time for yourself, you will have the necessary space here.

All flatmates are looking forward to a new flatmate who is a good fit for the shared apartment and contributes positively to the shared living experience.

Location:
• The Düsseldorf Central Station can be reached by U-Bahn in just 1 minute (the station is very close by). It is also only about 10 minutes on foot, as the station is only approx. 800 m away.
• Königsallee, the popular boulevard in Düsseldorf city centre, can be reached by U-Bahn in just 3 minutes.
• Hochschule Düsseldorf can be reached by public transport in approx. 20 minutes.
• Many supermarkets (Edeka, Netto, Penny, Lidl, as well as Rossmann and dm), cafés, restaurants, bars, etc. are located in the immediate vicinity.
• You can park your car in the immediate neighbourhood or at the nearby NH Hotel.

According to the Walk Score website, which provides walkability analyses and tools for finding accommodation, this location has been rated a "Walker's Paradise", as everything can be reached on foot from here.
