The apartment is located in Andreasvorstadt, near the university. It has 3 rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with tub, shower and washing machine, spread over 70sqm. The apartment also impresses with two comfortable box spring beds, two modern smart TVs, a beautiful balcony and free WiFi. You can end the evening relaxing on the comfortable sofa (2.60m) in the living area. If dirty laundry happens, you have the option of having towels and bed linen changed. A cleaning service can also be offered. Thanks to our electronic access system via app at the entrance to the house and at your apartment door, you can check in with us yourself at any time - regardless of the opening hours of a reception or agreements with the landlord. You will receive the access codes automatically by email. This means you can leave the house at any time without a key and conveniently open and close the doors using your smartphone.
