This approximately 65 m² ground floor apartment combines modern, high-quality furnishings with a particularly
pleasant living experience. The spacious living and dining area opens directly onto a private terrace and the
green inner courtyard. Large windows, warm oak parquet floors, and the clear design create a bright and
cozy atmosphere.
