Kiedy naciśniesz na przycisk, będziesz mógł kontynuować rezerwację na stronie Partnera HousingAnywhere, który zarządza wynajmem obiektu. Tam wybierzesz daty i wyślesz zapytanie. Samo zapytanie nie wiąże się z automatycznym dokonaniem płatności — nic nie zostanie pobrane, dopóki właściciel go nie zaakceptuje.
Czego potrzebujesz
- Przed wysłaniem zapytania przygotuj dokumenty. W zależności od ogłoszenia mogą być wymagane: dowód osobisty lub paszport, potwierdzenie studiów lub zatrudnienia oraz zaświadczenie o dochodach (Twoich lub osoby gwarantującej).
- Weryfikacja tożsamości na platformie jest dobrowolna, ale zwiększa szanse, że Twoje zapytanie zostanie przyjęte.
Właściciel akceptuje i następuje płatność
Po akceptacji zapytania przez właściciela automatycznie pobierana jest opłata za pierwszy miesiąc oraz opłaty administracyjne, a rezerwacja zostaje potwierdzona. Następnie otrzymasz dokładny adres i dane kontaktowe właściciela w celu zaplanowania przyjazdu.
Twoje pieniądze są chronione
Twoje wpłacone środki są zabezpieczone przez HousingAnywhere i przekazywane właścicielowi dopiero 48h po Twoim przyjeździe.. Masz 48h na zgłoszenie zakwaterowania, jeśli nie jest ono zgodne z ogłoszeniem — wtedy odzyskasz pieniądze.

NEW in town: Eschborn city - First ocupancy after refurbishment.

Mixed Shared Appartment (3 tenants) with Balcony

The appartment consists of three private rooms (small, medium, large). It also has a kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom.

This ad is for the medium room.

The appartment has complete new furniture (first ocupancy). A new kitchen with all equipment (dish washer, oven, fridge), washing machine with dryer - all new and from the German brand Bauknecht.

The appartment has one bathroom (Shower, toilet)

Behind the entrance there is a dining room with access to the kitchen.

The appartment is in the 2nd floor. An elevanter will be installed later in the year.

The house is a clean and save place. There is a fence and gate around the property.

The two Eschborn train stations (Eschborn and Eschborn-South) are within walking distance. From here it takes 10 minutes by train (S-Bahn) to Frankfurt city.

The banking and commercial district of Eschborn is nearby, it is around 700 meters to the big employment companies such as Deutsche Börse, Samsung, Vodafone, Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, EY). Also a super market is within walking distance (Rewe), a Korean Food Market is just next door.

You can either rent a parking for your car (if you have one) - which would cost 45 EUR per month extra and which is not included in the rent. Or you can buy a bicycle on one of the flee markets and use the bicyle room (for free) in the basement.

The landlord will provide blanket and pillow and one set of bed sheets.
Its all set- you just need to move in :)

There is another appartment in the mezzanine floor, which you can also find here on the platform. It is girls only.

In January 2026 the utilities will rise by 15 euros per month due to cost increases of public levies and energy.

The Admin fee will be charged at the end of the contract lifetime (at 'housing anywhere' the fee is shown as payable at the beginning of the contract, however it is at the end). If you stay longer than 6 months or if you use an option to extend your contract beyond 6 months, this fee will not be collected from you.

THe differnt rental price (Summer vs. Winter) has to do with the heating period. The additional heating costs are handled in a surcharge for the time Oct-April each year.

Your lovely landlord is also living in Eschborn, however not in the house. But he can come for support if anything is needed. Also to support you with the registration process at the city hall. He is happy to provide anything which is missing in the Wohngemeinschaft. And he can support you in any other issue as well. :)
