The bathroom is modern and fully equipped, offering all the necessary amenities. With heating available in every room, this apartment is the perfect choice for those seeking practicality, comfort, and well-organized spaces all year round.

+ The house is provided without bed linen and towels. Linen can be rented at a cost of €7 per week for a single bed set or €10 per week for a double bed set (sheets + towels).

+ At the time of booking, the following payments are required: the first month’s rent, the security deposit, the first month’s utilities, and the final cleaning fee. These payments must be made within 7 days of booking confirmation; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.

+ Every 30 days from the start of the lease, the rent and utilities for the following month must be paid.
