The bedroom is furnished with a studio zone outside the room with two desks, lights, bedroom with bathroom in Velux window, wardrobes, makeup bag, one big bed. All comfort and equipment are available for you to ease your stay and enjoy your student in Florence.

The property is located in a VERY VERY CENTRAL POSITION -SANTA CROCE ZONE - well-served area, in Via dei Martiri del Popolo, 4 minutes walk from the DUOMO, 10 from the station, - very central and comfortable zone . This location is close to shops, supermarket, restaurants, and historical landmarks. Public transportation is available and connects the neighborhood with all part of Florence.

RECURRENT EXPENSES TO PAY:
