This Lease may not be Terminated prior to the end of the Term unless it is agreed to in writing by both Landlord and Tenant and a new Tenant (approved by Landlord) is found to replace the existing Tenant. Landlord has no obligation to end this Lease before the expiration of its Term. If Landlord agrees to end the Lease prior to the expiration of the term, a charge will apply and must be paid before the Lease is officially Terminated. The Application Fees and other Fees are never refundable.

Tenant must pay Rent by money order, certified funds, online payment, or electronic payment. There is a resident portal that can be utilized to pay with debit/credit or set up a bank account.

Guarantor is preferably more than 25 years of age and a member of the household. Guarantor must have verifiable and favorable U.S. credit history. Approval is based on a risk score which represents the relative measure of the credit risk associated with the given applicant.

Additional rent for furnished accommodations = $70/month per unit

Application Fees = $50 per person

Rent is due on the 1st and considered late after the 3rd of each month. They are partnered with Flex which is a rent payment support company they can work with to split payments.
