The studio comes fully furnished—everything you might need is provided, from cutlery to fresh bed linen and new towels. If there is anything you would prefer to change, it can be replaced; curtains can also be added. The unit offers views toward the Lyoner district and the Taunus mountains, and it is very quiet.

The bed measures 120 x 200 cm and is equipped with a high-quality Schlaraffia mattress (valued at €1,000).

This is a luxury apartment building featuring a concierge service, two landscaped and furnished rooftop terraces, a workspace available to all tenants, and a laundry room with washing machines and dryers (for an additional fee). Please note that the communal facilities—such as the laundry area, waste disposal rooms, and storage cellars—are not yet available. Consequently, the listed rent has been reduced by €180 until these areas are ready for use. While not guaranteed, these communal spaces are expected to be completed by the end of the year.

An underground parking space may be rented through the property management, subject to availability, for €90 per month. Parking in the surrounding area is easy to find in the evenings and on weekends.

The property is conveniently located near Frankfurt Airport, major motorway access points, and the central train station (Hauptbahnhof). Despite the proximity to the motorway, no noise can be heard when the windows are closed. Thanks to the building's modern construction, opening the windows for ventilation is not strictly necessary.
