This comes with a Shared bathroom if the other room has a guest.
(there is an additional downstairs toilet to)
It is difficult for me to confirm bookings more than 2 months ahead as I travel for work.
Due to having 2 dogs, pls don’t apply if you have dogs as it’s not suitable
Our loveable dog Ziggy is medium sized and he is an indoors dog.
He loves people and cuddles.
Tommy is a cute little boy with big personality.
The dogs will not go into your room, and will listen if you ask them to go away.
Our secure complex is Lakeside next to a private beach at the lake with lots of walking / bicycle trails full of birdlife and beautiful sunsets. It is also on a bus route on next to Aldi.
There is also pool facilities in the complex with lovely gardens.

Our drinking water is all filtered.
We are early to bed and early risers.
You can have use of the general kitchen and general appliances as long as you clean and pack away as you go (use kitchen before 930am and after 5pm as I work from home)
You will have fridge and pantry space.
Laundry can be done once a week.
Additional Info:
I work from home mon-fri 9-5pm and often hold appointments online in the living area. It is preferred you avoid the living and kitchen area during that time as I will be talking and recording.
General use of Internet included (no excessive downloading)
Street Parking is available
We are central to everywhere and on a bus route close to the train and tram.
