We now rent a room to a quiet, pet-free and non-smoking person. The floor is about 130 sqm, you share a kitchen, toilet / shower and an extra toilet. From the kitchen you reach a large terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and a dishwasher as well as a washing machine and a drying machine. The rooms are private with private key and furnished with bed, bookshelf, desk, chair, mirror and wardrobe. The price includes Electricity, Internet, Heat and Water. Ready to move in.

Vi hyr nu ut ett rum till en lugn, djurfri och rökfri person. Våningen är på ca 130 kvm, ni delar på kök, toalett/dusch och en extra toalett. Från köket kommer man ut till en stor terrass. Köket är fullt utrustad med husgeråd och diskmaskin samt tvätt och torkmaskin. Rummet är privat med egen nyckel och inredd med säng, bokhylla, skrivbord, stol, spegel och garderob. I priset ingår El, Värme, Vatten och Internet. Färdigt för att flytta in.
