The light-filled 55 m² 1.5-room apartment is fully furnished. In addition to the cozy living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom, there is a separate bedroom and a large terrace.
The apartment is located in what is essentially a small semi-detached house, with a completely separate entrance to our single-family home.
The apartment is located in Neugraben-Fischbek, right next to the Fischbeker Heide nature reserve, which is wonderful for jogging, walking, or mountain biking, for example.
Everything you need is within a 3 km radius (supermarkets, restaurants, market, pharmacies, shops, gyms, etc.).
Public transport connections are also very good. The Waldfrieden bus stop (line 240) is only a few minutes' walk from the apartment, and the Neugraben S-Bahn station (S3, S31) is within easy reach. By car, it takes about 30 minutes to get to St. Pauli and 40 minutes to the Alster. There is plenty of parking in front of the house and there is a place to store bicycles.
