It is a first-time occupancy after a comprehensive renovation. The 1.5 room apartment consists of a VERY spacious living room. In a niche is a sleeping area with built-in wardrobe. The separate kitchen was equipped with new electrical appliances and a new worktop. The pleasant bathroom offers a bathtub. In the hall area you will find another built-in wardrobe as well as a shoe cupboard.
In the living and sleeping area a new floor was laid. The living room is completely new furnished. This was done with a lot of love and passion in order to offer you a living experience that reminds you of a vacation apartment and therefore of vacations. In the dining area you will find a comfortable kitchen sofa, a dining table with real wood top and 2 chic chairs. In the living area you will find a high quality sofa made of eco-leather and an armchair, which invites you to read, relax and watch TV because of its comfort. In order to optimize the relaxation once again, we have of course added the footstool as a supplement.
The 55" TV, which is the highlight of the apartment, provides for evening entertainment. The lowboard consists of two one hundred year old solid wood planks and handmade table runners, was built by ourselves and is therefore a real unique specimen.
In the kitchen we have renewed the worktop, furthermore you will find the dishwasher and the electric oven with ceramic hob, the two most important electrical appliances also brand new.
The west balcony with awning got a new WPC floor.
So you see, in principle you will find a brand new apartment. Enjoy your stay. The apartment is located in the Lange Laube, a traffic-calmed bicycle street. The location is especially characterized by its proximity to the center. In less than 200 meters you have reached the pedestrian zone and the subway station Steintor. The main station is within walking distance of about 10 minutes. Directly in front of the door in the Lange Laube you will find one restaurant after the other. All supply facilities are in the immediate vicinity.
