No booking deposit is required
- A fully refundable security deposit is required together with the first month's rent.
- For France accommodation, the security deposit and first month's rent must be paid within 5 days of receiving the rental contract to secure the accommodation.
- Failure to make the payment within the required timeframe may result in the reservation being cancelled.
- The security deposit amount varies depending on the apartment type.
