I am subletting my beautiful attic apartment in Kassel-Mitte for temporary rent.

Key data:
* Period: 01.07.2026 to 01.12.2026 (or until 01.01.2027)
* Rent: 1,400 € total rent per month (All inclusive: internet, electricity, heating and broadcasting fee with normal use)
* Deposit: 1,500 € (will be fully refunded after proper handover)
