The apartment is made of a small living area with a kitchen annex, bathroom and bedroom

The bedroom in the apartment is fully equipped with a big double bed (an additional single bed is available upon previous request and if the Lessor agrees), lamps, curtains, shelves, wardrobe, hangers, drying rack, bedside tables, washing machine, desk and chairs.

THE DEPOSIT IS NEGOTIABLE (LOWER AMOUNT) FOR A PERIOD SHORTER THAN 3 MONTHS.
