The remaining rooms are inhabited by 3 working people - men, 3 foreigners up to 30 years old. Preferred working people aged between 25 - 35 years old. The room has a wardrobe, a smaller cabinet with drawers, shelf, desk, chair and a bed 90x200cm on a metal frame with wooden sprung boards. There is also a hard mattress T35 10cm thick, additional optional soft mattress T20 10cm thick. There is no gas in the apartment for cooking and water heating. Hot water comes from the municipal network (MPEC) and a 2-zone electric cooker and microwave is used for cooking. The common area is equipped with: vacuum cleaner, rotary mop and new washing machine. Nearby, several shops and offices - Krokus, Serenada, Castorama, OBI, Multikino, Park Wodny, 900 m walk to the office buildings Quattro Business Park, Capgemini, Rondo Business Park, Astris and Alma Tower and a bit further to Tertium Business Park.
