Room with private entrance and private bath. Small couch, desk, microwave, small fridge, washer/dryer and coffee maker. Basic needs met for a comfortable stay while you explore the city. You won't be able to cook in the room, but can have microwaved or cold food. Delivery is readily available in Las Vegas for nearly anything you may need.

When booking with me, I do have a $100 cleaning fee per stay plus the nightly fee, security deposit and formal rental contact that is paid, signed, and agreed upon by both parties before you officially move in dependent upon the length of your stay. I'm not that strict with pricing so feel free to negotiate with me for what you feel is fair. I prefer you have renters insurance but it is not required for your stay. I will do a formal inspection with you of the room and space before you settle in to make sure everything is to your liking.
