Booking Deposit: -
1. Property requires you to pay a 150 GBP holding fee at the time of booking.
2. This will be deducted from the total security deposit and it’s non-refundable if you don’t want to move ahead with your booking.
If a booking is cancelled from signing Tenancy Agreement to 5 weeks prior to Tenancy start the Holding Deposit will be retained
If a booking is cancelled within 5 weeks of tenancy advance rent will be retained unless a suitable replacement Tenant is presented
In case no visa is secured by the Relevant Student:
The tenant/s must inform the property within 3 days and provide evidence via email in the form of an official letter from the visa issuing office of the government, confirming the failure to issue a valid visa.
If a booking is cancelled within 15 days of reservation in line with these terms a full refund will be given.
In case no university place is secured by the Relevant Student:
The tenant/s must inform the property within 3 days and provide evidence via email in the form of an official letter from the e University confirming that that the student has failed to secure a place at the University.
If a booking is cancelled within 15 days of reservation in line with these terms a full refund will be given.
In case medical grounds prevent the Relevant Student from moving into the Property
The tenant/s must inform the property within 3 days and provide evidence via email in the form of A letter from a qualified medical practitioner confirming medical grounds that prevent the student taking occupation of the accommodation.
If a booking is cancelled within 15 days of reservation in line with these terms a full refund will be given.
1. You need to pay 600 GBP as a deposit to secure your room with the property.
2. This will be refunded to you at the end of your tenancy period less any deductions and pending charges.
Credit/Debit card & Bank transfer.
1. A Guarantor is required if you earn less than 36 times the monthly rent, or, you have no history of renting, or, have been in your current job less than 6 months.
2. The property requires you to have a valid UK Guarantor and will need to earn in excess of £25,000 p/a.
Note: The property does not accept international guarantors.
