Welcoming 4-bedroom flat situated on the 2nd floor, featuring 2 WCs. The living room includes a TV, and the kitchen comes fully furnished and is equipped with a washing machine for your convenience. Please note that this flat does not have a balcony or a lift. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements.

This small but charming room is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a window, desk, chair, lamp, and mirror. You’ll also find a spacious wardrobe and a bedside table with an additional lamp. The comfortable double bed measures 140 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements.

- The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit).
- A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent.
- We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures.

- The rooms are for individual use, except if we have a previous agreement.
- Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner.
- All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid.
- Check-in times during business hours are free; any other times will have to be accepted by us, and there could be a charge.
- We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat.
- Mandatory fee: The amount of €55 for a single bed or €65 for a double bed will be deducted from the security deposit, which corresponds to the basic linen kit that includes: sheets, pillowcases and towels. This kit can be taken by the guest at the end of their stay.
