The property is well connected to public transport in Liverpool. You'll find many bus stops just around the corner like Greek Street (Stop C), Monument Place (Stop F), and Wilde Street. The closest train station is Liverpool Lime Street which is within a 4-minute walk, from where one can board a train for cross-country travel.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day you sign this agreement. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform the property management of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement sent to them by post or email. If you cancel this contract the property management will reimburse to you all payments received from you. 

The property management will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day on which they are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

The property accepts:

1. Payment in full.

2. Payment in instalments: due in September, January and April (Requires a UK based guarantor).

3. Monthly instalments: (may be done on a case to case basis and requires a UK based guarantor).

Credit card, debit card and bank transfer.

1. You need to provide a valid UK based guarantor if you wish to pay in instalments.

2. International guarantors are not accepted by the property.
