Opis mieszkania

This 55m² apartment has been freshly renovated & furnished to a very high standard. It is located in the lively and at the same time popular Sudenburg district of Magdeburg.

The apartment has a comfortable king size box spring bed (1.80m wide), a 50" smart TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with a ceramic hob, an oven, fridge with freezer and everything you need for a pleasant stay.

You can enjoy the TV evening in the living room on the big couch, read a book or just switch off. The couch can be used as a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guest.
Through the living room or the bedroom you can reach the south-facing large balcony, which on nice days invites you to linger until the evening hours.

The bathroom also leaves nothing to be desired, it has a spacious shower cabin and a large mirror with separate light function and integrated magnifying glass. Of course, we provide fresh towels and bathroom essentials.

In the building there is also a laundry room with a separate washing machine especially for you, which can be used free of charge.
