My cozy apartment in Lorenzweg is located in a beautifully renovated old building from 1920 in the central and lively “Alte Neustadt” district and impresses with its quiet location. The friendly atmosphere in the old building with its high rooms and modern furnishings leaves nothing to be desired. '
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator and with its approx. 35m² as well as the small dining kitchen and living room/bedroom is ideal for couples and single travelers as well as for longer stays. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, hob, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and spices etc. so that you can prepare your own meals.
It also has excellent public transport connections to the “AOK” streetcar stop. Magdeburg's old town with the opera house can be reached by streetcar in just 2 minutes, the cathedral square or Hundertwasser's Green Citadel in less than 10 minutes. The university is also in the immediate vicinity.
The nearby Nordpark is ideal for long walks in the countryside. This is a public park that was built in 1827 and serves as a former cemetery with graves of Soviet soldiers and Magdeburg personalities.
